In our comfy Jagastube, guests are served tasty traditional dishes and greeted by a vitamin-rich salad buffet in the self-service area.

Our hearty meals are prepared in a giant pan and delicious homemade pizzas are pulled right out of the oven.

The Buchau-Hütte is perhaps best known for its homemade pastries including apple and cheese strudels, Kaiserschmarrn-style pancakes and gigantic germknödel. The meat in our wild game dishes comes from our own hunting grounds.
